Orders & Processing

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Once your order has been prepared and quality-checked, it will be dispatched and you'll receive a shipping confirmation.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered our processing window. Once an order is "Processed" or "Dispatched," it cannot be cancelled.

  • Are your prices inclusive of taxes?
    Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of the applicable 3% GST on fashion jewelry (HSN 7117) in India


Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship from and how long will delivery take?
    We ship all orders from India. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) before dispatch.

 Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

    • Kerala: Approximately 2 business days
    • Tamil Nadu & Karnataka: Approximately 4 business days
    • Delhi & Maharashtra: Approximately 6 business days
    • All other states and Union Territories: Approximately 10 business days

 Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, remote service areas, or public holidays.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details.

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment methods at checkout.


Returns & Replacements

  • What is your return policy? To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry products. Once an item leaves our facility, it is considered a final sale.

  • What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect visible to qualify for a free replacement.


Product Care & Quality

  • Is this jewelry real gold or silver? No, we specialize exclusively in fashion jewelry. Our pieces are crafted from high-quality non-precious materials and do not contain pure gold or silver.

  • How do I care for my fashion jewelry? To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions. Store them in a dry, airtight container or the pouch provided when not in use.

  • Is the packaging secure? Yes, we use "secure-wrap" protocols with multiple protective layers and tamper-evident seals to ensure your jewelry remains safe during transit.


Support

  • How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a unique Tracking ID and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

  • My order hasn't arrived yet—what should I do? If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
