We offer complimentary shipping on most orders across India. Additional shipping charges may apply only for heavier parcels or bulk orders and will be shown at checkout before payment.

All orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

  • Kerala: Approximately 2 business days
  • Tamil Nadu & Karnataka: Approximately 4 business days
  • Delhi & Maharashtra: Approximately 6 business days
  • All Other States & Union Territories: Approximately 10 business days

Please note that these delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, and serviceability of the delivery location.

2. Shipping Charges & GST

  • GST Compliance
    All our fashion jewelry items are classified under HSN 7117 and attract the applicable 3% GST, which is included in the prices displayed on our website.
  • Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and applicable shipping zone. The final shipping cost, if any, will be displayed before payment is completed.


3. Packaging & Security

To ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, we follow industry-standard "secure-wrap" protocols:

  • Protective Layers: Each item is individually wrapped in tissue or bubble wrap to prevent scratching or tarnishing during transit.
  • Discreet Outer Boxes: For security, we use sturdy, plain outer packaging that does not disclose the contents to deter potential theft.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing:

    • Your tracking number
    • A tracking link (where available)
    • Shipment status updates to help you monitor your order's progress

    If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


5. Return & Exchange Policy
  • No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

    To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our fashion jewelry products. Once a piece of jewelry has left our facility, we cannot guarantee it hasn't been worn, and for the health and safety of our community, we do not restock or resell such items.

 While we do not offer returns for change-of-mind, we are committed to ensuring you receive your jewelry in perfect condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report Period: Any transit damage or receipt of an incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a replacement, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the defect clearly visible.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellation Policy
  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order is "Processed" or "Dispatched," it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any items purchased during a "Clearance" or "Flash Sale" are final sale and not eligible for replacement even in cases of minor transit wear.
